Bernie: do YOU like it? I think it's a good song and a great production but the vocal sounds mismatched to the song, at least to my ears.

I actually prefer the edgier sounding "Midnight Message" to "Love Rush." The album overall is okay, but not one of my faves.

Bernie: do YOU like it? I think it's a good song and a great production but the vocal sounds mismatched to the song, at least to my ears.

Vocally, it's not an impressive production. I think it's more interesting to watch her do the lip sync than to listen to the song. It sounds like she was barely struggling to keep in tune. If it had been recorded today, it would have been auto-tuned to death like Cher's Believe. :)
