    Disco with arcade sound effects

Were (Are) you guys arcade game addicts ?

Arcade games were hot and available everywhere in the late disco era, restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. Let's find out how much disco songs were associated with arcade games or their sound effects. Let's start with:

Space Invaders - Player one (Playback)
    using Space Invaders from Taito

    Ronnie Jones - Video games
using "Playboy" pinball machine by Midway (I believe so)

    John Travolta
displayed in "Disco fever" pinball machine by Williams

Who recalls the cheezy video game:
    Disco No.1 from Data East

I know that there are many other arcade games associated with pop music artists like Kiss, or Elton John pinball machines (aka Captain Fantastic from Bally). Any other suggestions ?
If you buy this record your life, will be better.

My God...There are so many. Actually a lot of the early 80's music were inspired by the "modern" technology of the Day. I gues the whole electro style owes a lot to Nintendo, Atari, C64, Coleco, Midway and all the other games developers and console manufactors.

    some well known songs are:
    Klymaxx - Video Kid
    Dazz Band - Joystick
Midnight Star - Planetary Invasion (lots of sound effects in this one)
    Tilt - Arcade Funk

and DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince's human made interpolation of the sound effects from "Donkey Kong" in their "Human Video Game" is just hilarious.

I'm sure more titles will pop into my head soon
    There was life after disco!!

Also check Suzy Q "Come Lets Have A Party", which has great video game noises, aswell as a strong "Good Times" style bassline.

'Video Freak' by Cliff Frazier & Co is arcade-tastic - and the backing sounds rather like D-Train!
