Mid 80s, female lead, slightly shuffled beat but who?

I've been asked to help identifying this song so I have to turn to you guys
My guess is that this is either a group or a female solo artist and it sounds like it was done around 1987. In terms of production this sounds like a combination of Stan Sheppard/Jimmy Warner (By All Means) with a bit of Nich Martinelli thrown in.

At first I was sure it was a track on O'Chi Brown's 'Light The Night ' LP from '87 but having listened to it I found it isn't. Sorry I was no help!
