Attention: It should be noted by the seller, but it is NOT, that this is a counterfeit bootleg CD and not a legit pressing. This album has never been released by any record label on CD so is probably a simple needledrop from an old vinyl copy. Potential buyers should use caution.

A note to the seller: Please do not start a new thread for every item you are trying to sell. Create ONE post that links to your main offerings page on eBay and that's it. Thanks.

I am surprised that someone like you has such a risky opinion without even being well informed. The worst of all this is that the members of this site trust in your opinions without thinking it over. You should be more responsible when you give an opinion. In one part I understand you, I myself thought the same way for a moment when I found these items. But for your information all the material we sell are investigated, To be approved, or discarded to be promoted and sold to collectors wishing to obtain copies hard to find as these. Your Opinion “It should be noted by the seller, but it is NOT”, is something offensive towards someone who is really concerned about performing a responsible service for collectors throughout the world, not in your little world. Your said “This album has never been released by any record label on CD so is probably a simple needle drop from an old vinyl copy”
For your Information the Licenses and Policies for the printing of Discographic Work is not the same throughout the world, and some of the Countries of Europe (EU), who are using the same license that was used for the vinyl to make them CD’s and if they are Mastered from the
original Masters Tapes. The prove is that if you hear the sound of old dusty vinyl in your collection it will sound awful compared to this CD. I feel bad that I have contact with you for the first time in this way because I acknowledge and admire your professional trajectory but I think this is destiny. For now I would appreciate a public apology for your comments. Talking about the usage of your page do not worry I will not use your page anymore. You will soon hear about me in other means.

Hey Climaco. They are boots. Everybody knows it. You mix in genuine CDs with these illegitimate CDs. If anybody owes anybody an apology it is you. I mean, really who do you think YOU are? You think people here will miss you? What have you given to this board except indulgent posting of individual auctions- which is NOT how you do it- but wait you didnt even address that, you know why? Because you didnt care. But none of this matters, right? Dont let the door hit your non-writing, poor observance of rules, not knowing a boots a boot ass on the way out.

As somebody who has produced CD in several countries and knows better- your knowledge of rules and licensing is just like your posts- a clever mixture of real and fake.

Climaco, I see you are offering Hot Blood's "Disco Dracula". Great, thx, because:

    1. It was never released on CD, EVER!
    2. Sorry, it was, by a Russian bootlegger.

    3. Wow, he also has the Rinder & Lewis CD!

    It's a small world isn't it?

maybe if you just provide the name of the company that released it and a contact address and/or phone number for anyone who wants to verify the authenticity of the release, that would settle the issue.

As if it wasn't clear enough to begin with, the images on the eBay auction show that the disc has no copyright credits at all. Obvious bootleg is obvious.
