Disco/jazz loop, female soulist

Two house tunes I know used this exact same sample, so I'm willing to bet it's probably on a 12". I'm leaning towards jazz-funk based on the guitar, but I am not familiar with a lot of jazz guitarists. I don't suppose any of you recognize this?


Or the tune massively sampled at the beginning of this? I've heard a lot of people use this, too, albeit more conservatively, but I haven't been able to track it down.

Found the second song, it's Ellerine Harding - Get Up Daddy. The first one still eludes me.
