Looking for this song from the 70's. The title was "On my way to nowhere" or "Nowhere". Don't know the artist. Can anyone help. As always thanks. :icon_biggrin:

Dude - you are the man. I'm very impress. Thank you.
Got another one for you. If you get this one - you're truly worthy of God status. LOL...
The name of the song - "Cheerup Syrup" or something like that.
Thanks,
Ric
There is this popular House party/Dance hall 1972 ballad by Barrabas "Cheer up, cheer up" (My baby)...

I recall a "Cheerup Syrup" by David & the Blue Ties charting in 1975--let me find it in the chart info...
here it is:
167) CHEER UP SYRUP - David & The Blue Ties
(Spigot) B= 45; C= 3; D= 4; Total points = 52
6 weeks on the chart (8/30 - 10/4/75); Peak: #18
Thanks for the props, ricstarr77!
I've never actually heard this--but I think someone once said it was a theme for an amusement park--or maybe I'm lying!
I've got evidence!
DISCO ACTION by Tom Moulton
8/16/75
Spigot, a local label, has released Cheer-Up Syrup by David "K" and the Blue Ties. The interesting thing about the record is that it's the old theme song of Palisades Amusement Park done up in disco style. There is a vocal and an instrumental version.
