Erotic Drum Band "Collection"
Back in 1978 Len Fichtelberg formed a New Record label in New York City (Prism Records) focus on disco music and R&B. This new records label re-edited a song from an unknown Disco Group "EROTIC DRUM BAND" from its NON- US -HIT 1978 album released on their native Canada.
The men behind the sound were Canadian producers Peter DiMilo and George Cucuzzella. The new production was released in 1978 as a RED VYNIL remixed and became the first 12'' label single "Love disco style" and a HUGE HIT with its Stunning Afro - tribal percussion. Finally, near the end of that year the album "Plug me to death" with a super sexy - eye - catching photo cover and its four tracks received heavy rotation on all the club play lists (They had made it in the US).
More Albums came in the 80's. Touch me where it's hot (1980) with the hit Pop pop shoo wah (which was basically a rip off of "Pop Music" by "M") plus dance in your pants, everybody get dancin' and the title track. And the cover... Who can forget that sexy woman on her purple knitted dress? In 1982 they had another hit with Sweet seduction and finally in 1984 with Hon-y.
Here you have a REAL EXTENSIVE 2 CDs collection of this group music from 1978 to 1984 plus the 3 versions of Love disco style and the two versions of Sweet seduction. GREAT REMASTERED SOUND and miniaturized LP art work Replica of the Original Vinyl.
