Mysterious Electronic disco track from the 70s

Hi, this is the track..it starts with a sampled female voice effect and a very strong bass guitar...then the voice sings (i think..): "this time, this time is a real.." and then i don't understand!

The vocals aren't sampled (such technology didn't exist until the 80s). They're put through a gate effect.

The words sound to me like "This time, it's the real thing". The song seems the same as "The Real Thing" by Daddy Dewdrop, but this appears to be a different version. I don't know if the Daddy Dewdrop version is the original.

Thanks Marky. If I'd just waited to get home to post this, I could've just put the record on and checked. Of course, I would've forgotten all about it by the time I got home.
