Seems to be an instrumental version of "Won't You Try" by Udell. I only have the vocal on the A Tom Moulton Mix compilation, so I don't know if the instrumental has a different title.

it is Udell instrumental version

Thanks guys. I have that CD and it's also on another CD I have
Deep Disco Culture.

Both are vocal versions. I actually prefer the instrumental.
