I first heard of Osiris Marsh when the go-go fraternity went mad for 'War On The Bullshit' in the middle '80s and eventually bought the same-titled LP, which was a re-issue of their 1980(?) album, 'The Band'. I also found 'Since Before Our Time' which I wasn't too impressed with, though I really went for 'Gamin'', the first track. But 'O-Zone', their Marlin LP from '79, is a bona-fide P-Funk effort with Jerome Brailey, Maceo and others...it's head and shoulders above the other LPs and really is an excellent album.
