I've been pondering over this vocal sample for a while now, it sounds a little like Loleatta Holloway but I don't think it is. Check the tracks below

hunee - Hunee - Foundation (promo sample from label) - SoundCloud - skip to 2.36 for the vocal

YouTube - 2000 and one - Wan Poku Moro - at 2.26

To my ears they don't sound that dissimilar. I've check google but to no avail

It sure sounds like a wild guess but the second sample reminds me a bit of Sabrynaah Pope (who sings on Antoine Clamaran's Get Up for example YouTube - Antoine Clamaran - Get up ) or maybe Kim Cooper (old school European House lovers will obviously remember the impressive Danube Dance - Unique YouTube - DANUBE DANCE - UNIQUE )
