"Don't Try Me Baby" - who or what is this?

I came across a track labeled "Vernon Burch - Don't Try Me Baby - Rare & Excellent Disco" on one of the filesharing nets. Can't find out when or on what label it came out; google was no help; went to Burch's website but there's nothing with this title. It sounds like a 7" judging by the quality of the surface noise.

I put it on Megaupload if anyone wants to try and identify it; hope I did this right.

Yup, that's the one. I never would have guessed that this was the title, though -- I did some googling on various phrases from the lyrics to see if anything turned up, but it never occurred to me to try those words specifically.
