Help Identifying Euro Disco Song from 80's

I had a DJ at a club give me a tape of music he'd mixed in the late 80's and I've been trying to figure out the artist and title of one particular song for quite some time and was wondering if anyone might be able to help me out. The tape is mostly Euro Disco, the song is in english, and the singer has a real sultry voice over a real dance tune in the background. She sounds a lot like Vivien Vee to me (as a matter of fact, Vivien Vee's Heartbeat song is on the tape). The lyrics go something like this:

"Once upon a time, I remember oh so well, I turned around a fell, and our eyes met paralell...I found a wishing well, so far away from hell, as close as I could tell, when eyes were parallel, I heard a serenade, from watching moves we made, ....I'll be watching you watching me...believe in fairy tales, carousels and parallels, look around and see, that only you and me, as the ocean swells, the rain will come again, we'll play the game and see, I'm drawing parallels of you and me...you cant control the chance, you cant control romance, the pictures so alight....pushed into a paralell"

My tapes getting worn out and has been repaired a couple of times over the years so there are some lines and words missing there, but "Paralell" is said at leat 20 times or so, so you'd think it would be part of the title.

Any help in identifying this one would be much appreciated!

I was wondering........if you have this music on tape.....you must be as old as I am.lol Hit me up because there is a strong Disco movement in L.A and parties 2-3 times a week......REAL DISCO!!!!
