Well, the phrase kept coming up throughout the song. I was pretty sure the phrase take a chance again. But...I could've been hearing it wrong.
I think, though can't be sure, that the word love came up in the phrase after "Baby take a chance again".

I remember a song too with these lyrics (in my notes looking for this too), slower to medium beat song (90-100 bpm) Donna Summerish like female vocals.

No, although the style of music is definitely a step in the right direction. I'd say the girl Im looking for sounds...what would be the word...kittenish? I think "seductive" might be a better adjective for how she sounded.
