I don't know the first one but the second is "FOREVER CAME TODAY" by The Jackson 5; the Frankie Knuckles Director's Cut Remix.

Its on a Michael Jackson Compilation that came out last month.

The original track came out in 1975 and was a #1 song at the discos.
