    African? disco song

This song has been in my mind for some years now. It's a type of African song with lots of drums and they speak in a weird language. It's not Soul Makossa. It goes like this:

Schum Shcum sche ule...schum shum shche ule... mamamamamam schum shum shceule....

It's not "Su ku leu" by Tantra. This song has a bit of some techno beats too. I think it's from the late 70s---77-80

Does anyone know the name and artist? Thanks.

I know this Track!! It keeps playing in my mind, but I can't think of the artist or title... The one is more like hindu (indian-like) with the male vocal singing "mamamamama" over other singers in the background. right?

Just when you thought it was all over - no, no, no

I think it's QUARTZ by Quartz. Around 16 minutes long, 130 BPM, male&female choral chanting, solo female wailing bits, heavy afro feel, syncopated drumming plus organ synth.

Thanks Discofrank and Jussik for your help. I still haven't found out who the artist and the song's name are yet.

Discofrank I think you know the song I'm talking about...it has a bit of a "dark" feeling on it. It has male and female vocals.

Jussik maybe you're right and it 's Quartz...never heard of them.

Thanks anyway and any help from others is greately appreciated :D

I believe Jussik is right.. I knew I had this track

Quartz by Quartz is on Marlin Rec. 1978. The length side track clocks in at 12:54. Quartz was better known for "Beyond the clouds" on the same album. They (Quartz) are French. Here is a sample of the track. I will be curious to know if this is the track you are looking for.
