Today on my way back from hockey practice, I heard a nice tune on the radio, which I didn't recognize. Whenever that happens, I try to remember some of the lyrics so I can Google them at home and find out what the song was. I did so this time, too, but I keep coming up empty.
The lyrics go something along these lines:
dancing with tears in my eyes, next time i'll/it'll be real
And no, it's not that cheesy Ultravox song I'm reciting there, even though the lyrics match to an extent. It had a distinctive 80s feel/sound to it.
The radio station I heard it on even lists the 10 most recently played songs, but I forgot to check it as soon as I got back. Yeah, I know. Sucks.
Does anybody recognize what song this is?
