Everyone would come there to dance and drink before going to the Warehouse, the Ritz and other clubs and discos.I started DJing there late 1980 to about 1983, then he moved up north on Broadway for a few years. A lot of people don't talk about that club, but it was popular. Back then I used DJ Mary J, now it's DJ Tazz1. I really miss those clubs. It was mostly black, but mixed crowd. Foster and Marilyn was the bartenders, before I was DJing there Richard was jammin there.
