I did a cross on the possible titles on this with Change & came up with nothing myself... Sure sounds like Change, & does sound familiar. Possibly produced by Nile Rodgers?

Unfortunately I have no clue about the song, only this small sample.
i'll try to match it with Change, Peter Jacques Band and other Malvasi & Petrus production, Chic, Sister Sledge and other Rodgers & Edwards production....then Mai Tai,Princess,Aurra,Unlimited Touch,Three Degrees and many others but nothing it's a mistery for me

As I had downloaded & been playing this snippet on occasion, one other avenue to look down may be the S.O.S. Band... Not on the either of the S.O.S. Band albums I have though.
