October 10, 2010, Columbus Day Weekend, will be...
Remember The White Party...
...a deco disco fantasy in white, a night of pure, authentic, fresh, silky smooth, soulful, energetic, glittery, Trocadero Transfer Disco!

For this event, DJ Jerry Bonham will be adding a new dimension to this soiree by featuring special mixes of Miss Donna Summer's chart topping music beautifully intertwined with all the Classics from the Trocadero Transfer White Parties from the 70s & early 80s.

Keefe, Happy New Year first of all, hope all is well. I just want to ask do you think Jerry would sell an individual disk from the box set. One of my disk's got damaged and i want to replace it, and it's my favorite Disc...yup disk number 4!

I've been meaning to let everybody know I posted a couple of more video clips from the party at YouTube. I love how YouTube has added all the options to watch with a better quality image.

The following two clips are meant to be watched one after the other. BTW, please ignore the errors on the credits - the thing I use to make these clips is unforgiving if you happen to add an extra space! :icon_mad:

Sorry for being out of touch for awhile, it's been crazy at work.

Anyway, thought I would let you know about this video clip that I posted over the weekend just in case YouTube pulls it (they sent me a copyright is owned by another party notice!). If you stay with the clip, you'll see one of my favorite moments during the evening.

We've now revamped the Remember the Party website to add some new and wonderful photographs of the Trocadero Transfer, Sylvester and San Francisco from the 70s to 80s. Some of these photos are from the General Manager of the Troc. He was at a birthday party I recently attended and he had some fascinating behind the scene tales of Troc. I could have chatted with him all night! Anyway, when you're done here, you might want to check out the remembertheparty.com website.

I have no idea what Labor Day is, nor will I wear Armani's fragrance "White" (too pungent) or sport a moustache like that person in the poster (a moustache, in 2010!?) but otherwise, I'll be in white at the Trocadero, summer or not.

Shena Winchester contacted us a few days ago to wish us well for Remember the White Party coming up this Sunday, 10-10-10. She also wanted to let us know she dedicated an episode of her "Shena Goes Stateside" video series to her visit to "Remember the Party's Close Encounters Of The Disco Kind" last year with her manager, Sam. Here it is! BTW, you'll get to see Joe.My.God interviewing her.
