Carol Jiani-Thank you Dayna,Yes I recorded Radioactive Love right after putting flowers on my Mothers grave so I put all my love and emotions into that track.That's how I get through these things ,I turn it into positive energy.

Then Carol and I talked about artists loyalties and why some artists are bitter about different things"no one in particular".
where our loyalties are and different things.She was very upset and hurt and doesn't like drama. We spoke about the publicity that this is generating and that even though it is publicity it's not good publicity and how they could be putting this energy into the track instead of the drama. In no way did Carol bad mouth anyone and you know I would call it out~!!

PETER WILSON FROM AUSTRALIA PART OF T1 PRODUCTIONS SAID TO ME IT WOULD BE GREAT TO RECORD THE DUET WITH ANOTHER DIVA FROM MY ERA AND HE SUGGESTED EVELYN. I FINALLY AGREED TO DO THIS CONTACTED EVELYN AND SHE TOLD ME WHAT SHE EXPECTED BEFORE SHE WOULD RECORD. WE NEGOTIATED AND I BELIEVED IN THE PROJECT AND INVESTED AND AGREED TO ONE THOUSAND US DOLLARS AS AN ADVANCE AND WE ALSO GAVE HER 25% EQUAL SPLIT ON ROYALTIES AND SHE TOLD ME THAT WAS A FAIR DEAL. I FORWARDED THE CONTRACT TO HER AND I WIRED THE FUNDS VIA WESTERN UNION TO HER SHE DID SIGN THE CONTRACT AND SENT IT BACK.




I MANAGED TO GET SOME REMIXES DONE ON THE SONG AND EVELYN WAS HAPPY WITH THEM AND EVENTUALLY LICENSED THE DUET TO "DANCE STREET " GERMANY DISTRIBUTED BY Z Y X.


ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE RELEASE IN GERMANY I WAS SENT A MESSAGE VIA MYSPACE FROM ONE OF THE REMIXERS "MARIO LEONARD TO SAY WHAT WAS HAPPENING THAT EVELYN REMOVED THE TRACK FROM HER MUSIC PLAYER THEN I SENT A MESSAGE TO EVELYN AND SHE RESPONDED BY SAYING THAT SHE HAD NOT BEEN ON THERE THAT SOMEONE HAD HACKED INTO HER ACCOUNT. OK I LET IT GO THEN I WAITED FOR HER TO RESTORE ACCOUNT BUT SHE NEVER DID THEN THE NEXT THING I KNEW SHE DELETED ME FROM HER SPACE REMEMBER I WAS ON HER TOP FRIENDS.



NOW I ALSO RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM DIETER FROM "DANCE STREET " RECORDS WITH THE REQUEST ABOUT THE 20TH GAY HAPPENING ANNIVERSARY AND THE DEAL WAS THEY WOULD GIVE US 500 EUROS EXPENSE MONEY PAY ROUND TRIP TICKET FOR FLIGHTS AND HOTEL AND TRANSFER I THOUGHT IT WAS FAIR BECAUSE THIS WAS BIG AND IT WOULD LEAD TO A GERMAN TOUR AND ALSO IT WAS FOR A GREAT CAUSE REMEMBER THAT THEY ALSO DONATE TO CHARITIES ALSO I FORWARDED THE MESSAGE TO EVELYN THOMAS.....

SHE SAID THAT SHE WAS NOT HAPPY WITH IT AND THAT I SHOULD NOT EXPECT HER TO DO THAT FOR 500 EUROS THAT SHE WANTED 1000 EUROS INSTEAD, DIETER SAID HE WOULD TRY TO SEE IF THE BOOKING AGENT IN GERMANY WOULD ADD OTHER SHOWS TO MAKE UP FOR THE FEE EVELYN WANTED . NOW REMEMBER ON THE CONTRACT EVELYN SIGNED WITH ME SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD MAKE HERSELF AVAILABLE FOR PROMOTION THIS WAS TO PROMOTE THE SAID TRACK AND SHE REFUSED SO IT DID NOT COME TO PASS.

SO I WAS WORRIED AND I APPROACHED ANOTHER ARTIST AND FORWARDED THE SAME MESSAGE FORM GERMANY SO THAT SHE WOULD SEE THE FIGURES FOR HERSELF AND KNOW THIS WAS ALL THEY WOULD DO AND EXPLAINED THAT EVELYN WAS DEMANDING DOUBLE THAT. I WANTED THIS ARTIST TO DO EVELYN'S PART BUT REALLY I WAS WORRIED THAT THE FANS WOULD WANT TO SEE CAROL JIANI AND EVELYN THOMAS SO ONE THING LED TO ANOTHER AND IT NEVER HAPPENED . EVELYN JUST WOULD NOT DO IT FOR THAT AMOUNT.

ANYWAY THINGS JUST GOT OUT OF HAND TRIED TO MESSAGE HER LEFT MESSAGES ON ANSWERE PHONE SHE WOULD NOT REPLY SHE FORWARDED MY EMAILS TO A THIRD PARTY BUT WOULD NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME.

THERE WAS A TIME WHEN I GOT BACK FROM MIAMI EVELYN'S HUSBAND CALLED MY HOUSE AND TOLD A FRIEND HERE THAT THEY THOUGHT THERE WAS A THIRD PARTY TRYING TO CAUSE TROUBLE AND THAT WAS THAT. I RESPONDED BY SAYING I HAVE NOT DISCUSSED THIS WITH THE FRIEND THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SO IT WAS STRANGE TO LEAVE SUCH MESSAGE.

THINGS JUST GOT WORSE AND SHE JUST WOULD NO LONGER COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND I HAVE NOT SPOKEN WITH EVELYN THOMAS SINCE THE DRAMA BEGAN.


NOW REMEMBER MY MUM PASSED AWAY MARCH 20TH MY DAD 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THAT I WAS TRYING TO KEEP IT TOGETHER BY WORKING PLUS I HAD MAJOR SURGERY HAD PROBLEMS WALKING. EVELYN KNEW MY MUM HAD PASSED AWAY BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE KNOW BECAUSE SHE LOST HER MUM ALSO BUT KNOWING ALL THIS SHE STILL REFUSES TO PROMOTE AND HONOR HER AGREEMENT.



NOW THIS NEW SCANDAL

THE FIRST FAN TO DELETE ME FROM FACE BOOK BECAUSE EVELYN POSTED A COMMENT WHEN THE FAN ASKED HER WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE DUET AND SHE SAID "CAROL CANCELED IT" NOW THAT WAS A LIE I DID NOT I SENT A MESSAGE TO THE FAN AND HE DELETED THE MESSAGE FROM FACE BOOK AND ALSO DELETED ME. HE ALSO SAID THAT HE WAS SORRY THAT THIS HAD CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR ME BUT THE DAMAGE WAS DONE BECAUSE HE DELETED ME THIS WAS UNFAIR I EVEN ASKED THE FAN FOR HIS NO SO I COULD CALL TO EXPLAIN THINGS I EVEN SET THE FAN A COPY OF THE CD BUT HE DELETED ME AND THAT WAS THAT.



NOW SOMETHING IS WRONG AND I AM NOT SURE WHAT EVELYN SAYS THIS WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF HER CAREER RECORDING WITH ME AND SHE WOULD NEVER WORK WITH ME AGAIN I COULD TAKE HER TO COURT BECAUSE SHE HAS BREACHED HER CONTRACT WITH ME BUT I DID NOT I REMAIN HUMBLE. THIS WAS A WOMAN I LOOKED UP TO AND WAS EXCITED I DID THE DUET WITH HER AND TO MAKE A STATEMENT THAT I NEEDED MEDICATION AND THAT I WAS INSANE IS WRONG. AFTER ALL I WAS SANE ENOUGH WHEN I DROVE AND WIRED THE ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO HER AND POSTED THE CONTRACT THAT SHE SIGNED WHY DID SHE TAKE MY MONEY THEN ????????????????



THIS WAS MY CLOSING STATEMENT BEFORE EVELYN STARTED THE ATTACK AGAIN ON ME ON ITS ALL GONE POP.

PROMOTING GREAT SONGS MUSIC IS A POWERFUL TOOL THAT CAN REACH THE MASSES IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A CELEBRATION OF OUR GIFT INSTEAD IT TOOK A DIFFERENT DIRECTION. I AM STILL THE SAME HUMBLE LOVING CAROL JIANI THAT PUTS ALL OF MY FANS FIRST BECAUSE WITHOUT THEM I WOULD NOT BE WHO I AM TODAY. WE WILL NEVER KNOW WHY EVELYN THOMAS DECIDED THAT SHE WOULD DISTANCE HERSELF FROM THIS DUET THAT IS NOT FAIR TO THE MANY FANS THAT HAVE SUPPORTED OUR MUSIC FOR SO MANY YEARS BUT I WILL TELL YOU THIS “ARE YOU MAN ENOUGH” WILL BECOME ONE OF THOSE RARE COLLECTIONS IT WAS HISTORY IN THE MAKING I WILL CONTINUE TO PERFORM THE SONG ON STAGE BECAUSE AFTER ALL I BELIEVED ENOUGH TO HAVE INVESTED IN THE PROJECT. IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMIND THAT NO MATTER WHAT HIGHER POWER ONE BELIEVES IN THE FIRST PRINCIPLE IS “LOVE”. I WANT TO THAT PETER , CHRIS, FOR AN AMAZING CONCEPT WE DID IT AND WILL CONTINUE. A few weeks ago both great disco era ladies and artists were strong friends.

As the editor of pop music website itsallgonepop, where the story broke, I have to say I agree with the view that this has all become a huge drama. Huger than I feel it needs to be.

I posted the story basically because I had heard the song, decided it was a good song and became curious as to why it wasn't promoted. I'll admit most of my information came from Carol Jiani who I have access to through Facebook.

I love both artists and I love both artists' work. I would love to see the matter resolved and "Man Enough" released, but it seems like this matter will not get resolved any time soon.

Carol has a fab song coming out soon, called "Broken", and Evelyn's "Stick To The Plan" has been out since the beginning of this year. Might be good to walk away from all this drama and focus our energies on those.

I'm just not interested in fuelling this feud. Of course not everything has been cleared up, and yes I do believe that either lady should, if they so wish, try to get what's theirs.

The legal stuff isn't something I can form an opinion about.
First: I wasn't there.
Second: I haven't seen the documents.
Third: Even if I had seen the documents I'm no legal expert.

I'm just saying I would like to move on, and support these ladies' careers as they have fab stuff out or coming out.

The main problem is that both parties are claiming to have been let down by the other, and there's no way of clearing that up.

Ian may be lying, Evelyn may be lying. I admire both, and I would like to keep admiring them which means that I'm not taking sides. If there's been any ill conduct, let a judge decide, not me.

Yes you were.

You can like or dislike Evelyn's voice but there's more respectful ways of conveying that message than by shouting (choosing a ridiculously large font size) and saying stuff about her needing "vocal lessons".

I must admit that Carol has an emotive voice which, given the right material, is on a par with Loleatta Holloway or Jocelyn Brown. Singers whose sheer power I admire. Evelyn's voice is more subtle, but that doesn't make it bad. Listen to "High Energy" again and be honest: girlfriend can wail with the best of them.
