    Who sang this song?

    Hi all:
    Need someone to tell me who sang In the bottle, and no it's not Joe Battan.
    Does anyone know?

    The first version was by Gil Scott-Heron (1974-75).

    Then, Joe Bataan did the instrumental version on Salsoul.

    Later there was one by Brother to Brother and maybe still another one Was it C.O.D.? We've been down this road before.

    Someone will remember.
