The tune I am looking for had a simple bass & drum rhythm with a very Europen flair. The lyrics are a woman speaking out some thoughts.
This is what I think she said from what I was able to get off the thread I was listening to:
I knew a girl
Who tried to walk across the lake
Of course it was winter and all of it was ice
A terrible thing to do now
They say the lake is as big as the ocean
I wonder if she knew....
That was all I could identify and even some of the above may not be 100% correct.
