"I'm all dressed up..." heard of it???

Am I dreaming this one up or is there a campy disco tune, sung by an older-sounding female (I keep thinking Eartha Kitt), with the tag line:
"I'M ALL DRESSED UP AND READY TO FALL IN LOVE"....?????....anyone heard of it??
    thanks!

It's Eartha Kitt's opening line for the record she did with Bronski Beat ... "Cha Cha Heels".
Which, by the way, was originally written for Divine. But he died before he could record it.
"MUSIC IS AN EMOTION, SEARCHING FOR IT'S VOICE"

    Yes, it is.

The NYC bar The Break (now known as The View) used to have this scene on a video and "scratched" the "f*%$ you" and "you're not my parents" parts, so that they kept repeating. The whole bar loved it.

    I love John Waters too.
