Hey guys, I just found this disco acetate at a small
record shop in the middle of Washington State.
I don't know anything about it, but I recognized the
Sunshine Sound label, and it was a buck so I bought it,
can someone give more info in it?
TDM Disco mix#1 by DJ Ferny acetate w' gray label

DJ Ferny is my father. I was searching the net to see if anybody had one of his old records and I came across your post. It's funny that I'm answering this over ten years after you originally posted.
He was a DJ up in New Jersey back in the late '70s and early '80s. He had at least three dubplates put out by Sunshine Sound (based in NYC on Broadway). They included "TDM Disco Mix No.1, TDM Disco Mix No.2 (The Breaks), and "Esmeralda Disco" which was a mash-up of Santa Esmeralda's hits at the time. "TDM" is an abbreviation of his company's name: The Disco Machine. Please let me know if you have any other questions you'd like answered.![]()
