I have a D.J. promo 12" of Alec Constandinos' "Romeo and Juliet". It is edited, but at the end, what is supposed to be the end of "R&J" is actually background music that I recall hearing in the film "Thank God It's Friday". Was this intended to be part of the song?? Personally, I think it has no relation to "R&J" whatsoever other than just filler.

The last minutes of the Romeo & Juliet 12" contain music from side 2 of the LP. So the single-sided 12" doesn't have the climactic ending of the album's first side, but rather a mix of the other "acts" of R & J. On the album, acts I and II are on side 1, and acts III, IV and V on side 2.
