I will be visiting Rome next week. Are there any recommendations for bars/clubs and record stores, especially those that might emphasize classic dance music.
Thanks in advance.
Clubs: Heaven, Alibi, Joia, Vintage, Village.
Stores: Goody music: Via Cesare Beccaria, 2 Roma [near Piazza del Popolo]

Thanks for the reply Pierre.
I found Goody but didn't buy anything there. I did however find these cool box sets with five complete albums (with single edits and extended versions) each on five cds of Change, Imagination, and BB&Q Band/High Fashion at another record store for only 12 euros each.
I never made it to any clubs, but did get to see Moby at a free concert at Piazza del Popolo. Great trip.
If you're a serious disco vinyl connoisseur then PINK MOON is a must, google it, they got a website. This store is a bit off the beaten track but you'll get there easily with a bus, just hop on one heading towards the Trastevere station. Get off, walk past the smelly underpass and turn right. Note the opening hours and the siesta. In August, speciality stores such as thing may be closed for vacazione.
Better still: The Porta Portese flea market, on Sundays. Thousands of obscure 7-inchers etc. Hold on to your wallet.
