I agree I hear "do you wanna lover (dub version) polydor"...I remember hearing the next to last cut. This is probably A Tommy Musto / Tommy Sozzi (Dynamic Duo Mix). It's my guess it's was an import for the U.S. when it came out.

Yes, maybe. But as an italodisco fan, i can tell you, even in 1984 there was already so many italodisco singles released... And though i have a strange feeling that i already heard it before, i can't remember anything. But now i hear another lyrics ;)
