R.I.P. Karl Malden 1912-2009

Veteran actor Karl Malden has passed away at the age of 97. He died peacefully in his sleep.

"On The Waterfront", "A Streetcar Named Desire" are amongst his best performances.

Karl also played with Michael Douglas in the Hit Tv-series "Streets Of San Francisco".

Also famous for his American Express commercials.

I believe he may have been the first to say "Don't leave home without it."
