can anyone tell me if there's a song called "sunshine party time" i have the original 98.7 kiss fm mastermixes vol.1 with rocker's revenge "walking on sunshine" in it. at the end of the song they go into a chorus that goes like this:
don't take too much
take it slow
let it ease your body
let your feelings flow
drummer here to keep the time
just do what comes to your mind
ease up relax you will find that you are having a good time
the boogies in the body ya'll party time
get up get up its party time
" "
say what.......put it right there
say what say what put it right there
its sunshine party time and everybody's feeling fine
its sunshine party time chill out ease your mind
funhouse party's in the sunshine
garage " "
zanzabar" "
dancateria rocks in the sunshine.
im sure this is enough lyrics to go on
im not sure if this is a seperate song from walking on sunshine or just a long version of "walking"
any info will be helpful

"Sunshine, Partytime (Rap)" is by Rockers Revenge featuring Donnie Calvin. As you obviously realise, it is more or less the same tune as "Walking On Sunshine". The sleeve notes to the CD version I have imply that it is simply a rap version of "Walking On Sunshine" rather than being a "separate song".Originally Written by 02tranzam
thank you for the info, this clears it up alot.
i was wondering if can tell me what cd you have this track on

02tranzam: It was issued on Streetwise (SWRL 2204) in the States in Sept 82, a couple of months on from 'Walking On Sunshine'. 'Sunshine, Partytime (Rap)' was on one side, with 'Dubbing On Sunshine' on the other. It was never issued here in the UK.
The version you're talking about is not on Vol 1 of '98.7 Kiss FM Mastermixes', but Vol 2. Volume 1 included tracks from 1981 and came into the UK in June 82, with Volume 2 following in August 83.
Do you know if they have ever been released on CD in the US?
On a personal level these albums were hugely influential, inspiring me to experiment further with editing. Unfortunately I had Volume 2 stolen, and only seem to have half of the first Volume. I'd love to hear all these versions once again. Can anybody help?
I have it on "Deep Beats - Essential Electro Dancefloor Classics 2". Tracklisting at the following URL:Originally Written by 02tranzam

vol. 1 cd is missing "just a little bit of love" by nick striker band
and "come let me love" by jeanette "lady" day is a different version than the original vinyl copy.
cd 2 is missing
she's so devine
ride on the rhythm
do it to the music
walking on sunshine
but replaced with
keep on jumpin
in the name of love
come to me
all other tracks on the cd's are exactly the same
