Farrah Fawcett has died from her cancer. My heart is ripped asunder. RIP sweet rose.
This is really sad, too young and still beautiful. I've watched her documentary on NBC, she wanted to demonstrate us all the efforts and suffering she went through fighting this terrible disease. I admire her courage and struggle to stay alive. My thoughts to her family and close friends. RIP Farrah.![]()
If you buy this record your life, will be better.
Talk about a princess...too bad we lost her..she would have been a great candidate for a one off 12" back in the day...I bet it would have sold just for the cover..

We all knew it was coming...yet it is so sad.:icon_sad:
We always talk about disco & music in general but Farrah and Charlie's Angels will forever be linked to the 70's.
The one silver lining is that now,at least, she is no longer suffering...:icon_sad:

R.I.P. Angel.
It was a long struggle and you fought it every step.
You are all things "70's."
It was to be expected but still the news always strucks you.
Farewell to one of the most beautiful American women ever, farewell to a youth icon, farewell to a very brave woman! R.I.P.
Videoskooter---in that Farrah tribute from Youtube...at 00:48-- I'd swear the image is of Kim Basinger not Farrah!!!
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
Yes, you're right, I think the maker of this clip had to be very quick and messed up a little bit.

Farrah always appealed to me ...she had a NATURAL beauty about her ... something that also makes me miss the 70's, a beauty which is not of the type that our culture thinks of today ...that is not of one created by the tricks of a doctor's carving and rearranging .....or by the additional insertion of fake body parts ...
A natural beauty that comes from a million dollar smile (and healthy hair) ... and by projecting a zest for life.
And above that she came across as devoid of the most unflattering quality to sully a woman's appeal ....that of the bitch.
Of course i knew her not personally ...but this is the persona I perceived in her .....
She seemed genuine , always liked her.
RIP

you'd still be waiting for me at the airport
while my ship was coming in
I wonder if Farrah was the first one to offically sport that laquered croissant hairdo?
With all the press that is covering the passing of Michael Jackson, we must not forget that Farrah also left us.
Her funeral (private ceremony) will be next Tuesday at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels in downtown Los Angeles, California.
