If you're referring to the trademark Soprano vocalist, that Soussan has on all his recordings...
I have no information, other than what I've pieced-together from available sources.
And I'd say...
If it's not Jessica Williams, my money is on Mona-Lisa Young.

Definitely not Jessica Williams. The Arpeggio/French Kiss voice and the one on Jessica Williams' solo album are completely different (the timbre especially).
Stephen, Pierre....I think it was Mona Lisa Young...

Monalisa Young is definitely the singer on "Love and Desire" and the Voice of "French Kiss" - "Panic". Back in those days, Monalisa Young sang many recordings for Simone Soussan which was placed under different groups such as "Arpeggio, French Kiss" and I'm sure you may here her voice on other recordings as well that were produced by Simone.
"Love and Desire" was a big hit which enabled the group to perform on, " Soul Train, The Midnight Special, The Dina Shore Show and American Band Stand" as well as many Live Performances. Monalisa is also the voice on Yanni's Dare To Dream CD featured on the song "ARIA". She was signed to Motown and was in the group "Saint Tropez".
Well you can collect because Yes, it is Monalisa Young. Monalisa has been around for a long time but does not get quite the recognition for what she has done. She is the voice on Arpeggio's Love and Desire, as well as French Kiss, and has done many other recordings since then. She sings all kinds of music and is also the featured voice on a song called Aria, first recorded as a hit commercial, Then she re-recorded it for Yanni as a featured Vocalist on his Dare To Dream Album . She was also featured with the World Class Wreckin Cru on the hit song Lovers and has had a couple of Solo Albums, and is still going strong!
thanks for the info

Yes it is Monalisa Young who sang Love and Desire by Arpeggio. There's also other tracks that she recorded with Simon Soussan. It is Monalisa Young who sang the majority of hits that came out of that camp. She also sang Panic by French Kiss, and I'm sure there are more songs that you will identify her sound, produced by Simon Soussan that are on other albums.
