    im told its by madness..but cant seem to find it on any of their cd's...

    This is "Singer, Dancer, Lover" by Mantus and is from around 1999 when the group reformed and tried a comeback. It only appeared as a three-track CD put out by Mantus themselves so it may be hard to locate. It's a nice CD that I still play to this day.
