Well, I know there was a Patti Austin album out in 1994 with that song on (last track). Could that be it?
I recorded this "pop-disco" (on a cassette-tape) from the radio in 1995 and soon called it "Stars in your eyes" - that's what they sing in the refrain. But since then I've been trying to upload it from somewhere. I discovered that there are SEVERAL songs called "Stars in your eyes", but never found this one.
Maybe it has another name?

Dear Daydreamer, unfortunately this song is not from Patti Austin ; as I said before, there are several songs called "Stars in your eyes", including Patti Austin's, Herbie Hancock, Xandria, Dramatics, Just Jack, Shed Seven, Air Supply, Armor for Sleep and others.
This one I'm looking for (since 1995) is probably sung by a young band, maybe similar to The Jets, De Barge, Bucks Fizz, etc.

Easy! :-P

Dear Nightrunner, this is the second time you're "saving my life!" , answering to an old music question (the other was "This I swear", remember?) Thank you very much for the information, köszönöm!!!
PS: I still don't know what those 4 small golden stars mean in front of my question about "This I swear" ; do you have any idea?
Luiz
I guess the stars mean something like "interesting thread" - at least this is what they mean elsewhere in other forums.
