Contemporary & influencial folk musics from around the globe with rhythm & GROOVE. As usual SOUL music of all kinds will also feature on the night.

....Tonight is the first NEOSOUL3rdFRIDAYs of 2010 - our Monthly focus on Neo Soul.
It was 1 year this month that we ft PPP's 2nd album "Abundance" in a listenback session on "NeoSoul3rdFridays". The album was laden with 60's Soul ref. from early Soul & their native Detroit in the USA.
This month we return to this area of the music to explore the synergy between Northern Soul & Neo Soul. This could be where Northern Soul & 60s Soul infuenced Breakbeat music or trip hop music, or where it influenced the Disco & Soulful House Lineage.. So expect some 60's & uptempo influenced Neo Soul & Nu music on this session in addition to some Neo Soul classics we know and ♥ The Neo Soul won't be going all night on this one but you can expect some Neo Soul faves & how we arrived at them.
