KTU Funhouse w/ Glenn Friscia

I recently found an old tape I recorded from WKTU back in 1996. I am looking for these 2 songs. The 1st song is based on the sample of machine - there before the grace go i, my guess perhaps some remix to love tribe - stand up but maybe someone would know this one a little better. The 2nd is a medley of 90s house tracks in one song. It starts off with Robin S - Show me love. Glenn Friscia played this record frequently on WKTU. Thanks so much for any help!

In 1996, Love Tribe had a hit with a song called Stand Up that samples There But For The Grace Of God Go I.

But I don't think this is Love Tribe. In all the versions I have, they do not sample any of the vocal part, where as the one you provided from Glenn Friscia does.

It could be a mix of both. Or it may be Glenn doing his own remix/re-edit, or someone else's, from the original track by Machine.

Check on re-edit of the original. Here is a starting point.

You can find different 12-inch and cd copies of the Love Tribe version. It is also on the Kiss Me Guido soundtrack.

The second one is, as already mentioned, The Goodmen - Give It Up, mixed with JayDee - Plastic Dreams.

i recorded this on new years 96-97. i see this came out in jan 97...i just bought a copy to see for myself for 11 dollars.

The vinyl I bought is not the track that glenn played...

I have re-upped the links with longer samples! Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can hunt down these vinyls!
