Looking for a song

I am looking for a song tittle"Hollywood City". The cover of the Lp shows a black kid walking with a big radio (boom box) on his shoulder and says Little Boy Blue. I believe it came out on 1980.

Hello Jose-That sounds like Freddie James Lp on Warner Bros.All the tracks are strong-I don't think this is on CD though.
