I think it might be "Ghost Dancer" by The Addrisi Brothers (1979/Scotti Brothers)...couldn't find it on Youtube---but this has been asked before and as I recall, this was the answer.

[update: I checked my stash..and I do have this...just put it on and am waiting for the lyrics to start.... no the lyrics don't match...at least I don't think so...this has a Bee Gees sound.. was it "Holy Ghost" by The Bar-Kays??? No checked that one also]

[2nd update: I rechecked Youtube and found it...I spelled Addrissi incorrectly the first time..]
