The African Drum Song?

I'm sure this is easy for you veterans...but I can't find the title. I think the song came out in the 80's. I was a freshman in college when I first heard it (1983).

It has an african sound to it. The vocalist sang a lyric and the lyric was followed by the same rhythm with drum beats...The lyrics went something like this:

Zin dada, Zin dodo, Zin dada, Zin dodo ---then beats follow the same pattern....later on vocalist goes...ratatatatatatatat----the beat does the same pattern...

Somebody has to know the title and artist:icon_eek:
