20 seconds of an unknown song (Italian lyrics?)

I encountered a song that I've recorded on a tape, maybe in 1990 - 1993. Unfortunately, I have only 20 seconds of it, the rest is erased. It sounds quite familiar to me, yet I don't know it. Can you identify the singer / band and the name of the song, or at least recognize the lyrics at the beginning of the file and tell me how to write them in the search engine (I don't know Italian).
