    Name of funky song, mainly music, a man says mancuso in it?

    This song has a fast-paced funky-disco beat with horns and sax. Probably from the early 70's. It is mainly instrumental but the song has a guy that talks a little in it and he says something like mancuso. Any ideas of the name/artist? Thanks-
