Please can someone help me identify this track (mp3 link also) - is it Johnny Taylor?

Hi there,
I am wondering if you can help me because I am at the end of my tether looking for a record.
Here it is:

its not an edit thats the original track.

I have it in my MP3 collection but no idea were it came from - I am led to believe it is Johnnie Taylor - the users (it does sound like Johnnie Taylor) but I have hunted high and low on the net and every record shop here in Liverpool UK and Manchester. I must get a good copy of this on 12" or Album - its arguably the best piece of disco funk I have ever heard.

Thanks a million - i have now found a copy of this in Manchester and bought it. Brilliant brilliant stuff...
