RU: You probably don't know, but Oliver Cheatham 'Get Down Saturday Night' is currently gaining cult status in the UK because of a lynx deodorant advert. They've used a 'Room 5' record as the backing and this steals/borrows heavily from the Cheatham track. It repeats the 'I like to party, everybody does' and 'Make love and listen to the music' over and over and uses much of the original tune.
The original was just about the best tune of '73 ( oops! 1983 not '73) and still sounds remarkably fresh today. I just love the instrumental part of the break where the voice box guitar emphasise the off beat - sounds like aural shagging!!!!

RU. You might have a House/Garage remake in that case? although fresh sounding, it is definitely from '83. My apologies for writing '73, I got carried away.
