That was one of the headlines in my newspaper yesterday.

But...is it true?

A lot of you (including myself and the Mrs.) are networking. I rarely meet people who don't!

We both are on Facebook, MySpace, YouTube and Linkedin.

Now the new hype seems to be TWITTER. We don't Twitter yet and I doubt that we will be twittering in the future.

My wife is on Facebook, she has a love/hate relationship with it.

I'm on MySpace and I still like it. It made me connect with a lot of people (Disco devotees, artists, DJ's) and it made me discover great new music . So, I'm still positive about the good ol' Space.

The YouTube channel is for amusement only and mainly serves as a way to collect all my favourite vids on 1 page. I also use Linkedin but not for showbizz. It's a great tool to connect with companies, so it's pure on a professional basis.

What are your thoughts on all those social community sites? Which one do you prefer? Are they booming or are they on their way down. Is the hype fading?
