    Is this Georgio Moroder? Audio excerpt!

    This ballad was very famous in 1979-1980 but unfortunately I don't know the artist and song name.

    Yes. The track is called The Seduction (Love theme) and it is featured on the American Gigolo soundtrack (1980) which was produced by Giorgio Moroder.
