I haven't heard of any dedicated nights (I think they'd run out of steam pretty quickly) but on occasions I do go out, most sessions incorporate a retro set of some sort. Visiting US DJs get away with playing disco a bit more that the natives; most younger clubbers (under 30) seem to get bored with disco pretty quickly and crave the programmed stuff. Some recent draws I've seen played disco, Morgan Geist's set being around 90% so.
You may want to check this little collective out, if you can take current hip hop and 'R&B' with your oldies.

Thanks for the IM, Paul. I know a few DJs with good disco knowledge and I dust the boxes off myself, on occasion. I'll endeavour to inform you of any good nights.
