Sample ID, Possibly Female vocal song on Philidelphia International?

Hi,

I've been trying to ID this sample for years it's used in a hip hop type song by someone called Deadly Avenger called "live at the capri".

I saw someone Dj'ing the original song out one night and drunkenly remember asking about it, I have a vague recollection that it was one of the Philidelphia International records 12" reissues that came out a few years ago. It was a female vocal track and the sample used was a keyboard/clavi line repeated.

Here is a snippet of the song that sampled it on yousendit, would greatly appreciate any help with this one, its been bugging me for about 6 years.

The first few notes of each bar remind me of Larry Levan's remix of Instant Funk's "I Got My Mind Made Up (You Can Get It)".

Thanks for taking the time to give it a listen, you're right, it sounds the same especially after the intro, the baseline and synth chords. It could have been a cover of instant funk, there's the connection with salsoul and philidelphia, doe's anyone know of any covers of "I've got my mind made up"?
