    i got this sample on the net.. this song are from this compilation:

    The second one is The Hustle. I don't know who the artist is of this version, but the original is Van McCoy.

    The first track is "Love Is Still Blue".
    I'm not home to check, but it sounds like it's the Paul Mauriat version, that was on Free Spirit/Salsoul Records.
    Since it's label credit is "a Phillips recording", I'd imagine it was originally a UK release, licensed for the US, by Free Spirit/Salsoul.
