is Le Chat, that's all it says on the 12", no Artist listed per se, so I'm guessing it's "Le Chat" by Le Chat. It's on ACE Records from 1983, and has a picture cover, that features two lions getting it on, if you know what I mean!

They seem to think it's Pussycat "Le Chat" on youtube, and going by the comments the song is about touching the neighbors kitty!
