I see people posting about this on Facebook and other sites but can you fill me in, who is she? I don't think this case was mentioned in our media.

Hi Vid! I'm surprised this hasn't made it on to the international news yet.
Suleman, 33, was a California nut job and single mom (either she's divorced or her ex-husband is in hiding) on disability with six kids, some of who may be special needs children.
While collecting a ton of fed, state and local aid (I know that's a fun concept for you righties) Octopussy decided to undergo fertility procedures to have more babies, because everyone knows six kids just aren't enough for a single mom! She then pops out EIGHT more kids, some of them seriously underweight and looking like the baby from ERASERHEAD. Her hospital bills will be in the millions.
There's so much more to the story: her mother seems to take care of all the finances, but Octopussy was not helping out with her dole money. The family home is about to be repossessed. Her father disappeared into some media black hole, never to be seen again. Ya gotta check it out online, there's so much to this mess...

Now I can connect coz' today there was a small article in my newspaper about a woman who was about losing her home and was now house-hunting in Witthier, followed by cameras. Must be her!

Vid, I forgot the best part: while on the public dole she appeared to have gotten some sort of bizarre lip surgery done, making her look like the bastard love child of Daisy Duck and an Ubangi warrior.

Anyway, I really haven't followed the octopussy story much. My sense is she just likes having babies. In a way, I'm feeling a little sympathetic towards her. What can I tell ya hun, it's the librul in me

As for the money her bills are running up, after a bush era where billions just disappear and no one blinks an eye, what a few milllion between friends and babies.

Did you see her the other day on the Doctor Phil Show? We caught a little bit of it at work and everyone came to the same conclusion: What a crackpot! She was babbling on and on oblivious to some of Dr. Phil's questions at times and her face looked like that of a troubled person. I feel so sorry for the children and her family. The doctor who implanted the embryos should have known she was not fit to give birth to any more children and should be held accountable.

I agree with you, Bernie... I feel sorry for the babies and for Octopussy's mom. Octopussy, however, is ready for the rubber room.

Boodi! How wonderful to see a post from you. and better yet, about the creature most of us in California love to hate! I just heard very quickly on the news that this baby machine is trying to get big $$$ for video of her giving birth. Yuck!

Paul you're such a nice person. This woman does sound hideous but personally I'd rather direct any anger I have at those rich greedy SOB bankers who've run off with millions while the average Joes have to suffer now for the bankers' stupidity.
